ADCOM Skills Aid Uganda is a community-focused organization dedicated to empowering individuals through skills development, entrepreneurship support, and capacity building initiatives. Our work focuses on addressing unemployment, poverty, and social inequality by equipping people with practical competencies needed for today’s economy.

What we do
Our Programs and Services
Skills Development Training:
We provide practical training programs that equip individuals with employable and income-generating skills such as: Computer and digital literacy, Agribusiness and modern farming techniques, and Business management and entrepreneurship
Youth Empowerment Programs:
Our youth initiatives focus on building confidence, leadership, and employability through mentorship, career guidance, and innovation projects.
Entrepreneurship and Business: Support
We help the youth set up their startups and small businesses through: Business training workshops, Mentorship and coaching, Market linkages, and Innovation support
Partnerships and Collaboration:
We collaborate with the like organizations, institutions, and development partners to expand opportunities and maximize impact.
